Charlie...thats my name.  A good solid dog name if I do say so myself.  Just close your eyes and yell out the name CHARLIEEEEE.  What do you picture?  I see a goofy, sloppy, BIG dog running straight at me.  His checks are flopping in the wind.  His tongue is hanging out of his mouth with drool dripping off. Yes!  That's how I've always pictured myself...as a goofy, sloppy, BIG dog. I just recently learned that that description is not accurate, not accurate at all.  

My reflection in the mirror tells me that I am in fact a SMALL dog.  Now, that doesn't change the fact that I am a sweet, easy going, handsome fella that loves all people, dogs and cats.  It doesn't change the fact that I love to snuggle and am a perfect gentleman.  But, it does mean that I can't completely cover your face with just one lick.  It does mean that I don't have big, juicy cheeks that slobber. But, it could be worse...I could be a SMALL, YAPPY dog!  

Yes, I've decided to look on the bright side of things and embrace my small frame and big dog personality.  Some say I'm the best of both worlds.
