Hi! My name is Isaac!!I am a bichon that is super sweet and goofy. I love people!  I do well with dogs and cats. I’m hoping to find a home with another small dog that loves to play.  I enjoy wrestling and playing a game of chase with another dog.  I have lots of energy and love!  While I am super playful, I enjoy snuggling in a human’s lap.
